All new guests are required to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit towards their ‘First Time’ service. After requesting an appointment, an invoice will be sent via email. You will have 3 business days upon receipt of invoice to complete, otherwise the appointment will be declined. As a courtesy, if you are unable to make your appointment and are scheduled more than 7 days out, you may reschedule the appointment one time to a future date. If you are unable to make the rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and future rescheduling will be declined until the full service price has been paid. If you are cancelling within 7 days of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
To help you prepare for your curly haircut appointment, please come with your hair fully detangled in a ‘wash and go’ style, using product you would normally use to style your hair. I would like to see the most accurate representation of how your hair style looks on your best day. Please refrain from using heavy butters or oils in your hair as they will alter the appearance of your natural curl pattern.
Please wear your hair down with NO braids, ponytails, buns, headbands, twists, or anything else that will also alter your curl pattern.
I prefer for my new guests to have an Olaplex Bond Rebuilder Treatment. Bond Perfector is designed to work on a molecular level to seek out broken bonds caused by chemical damage, thermal damage & natural elements to repair. This will ensure the strongest, shiniest and healthiest curls possible.
I provide each of my guests a unique and personal experience within my salon. When you book an appointment with me, I set aside a certain amount of time in order to provide undivided attention to you and your hair. Please be respectful of my time, it is valuable to myself and the guests that follow your appointment.
Confirmation emails are sent out 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, followed up by a text message reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel/alter your appointment, please do so no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you are responsible for paying 100% of the service price of the missed appointment prior to rebooking. You will then be responsible to complete a pre-payment for future services. If you are late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
All haircuts are established and agreed upon based on consultation. I try and provide full transparency when it comes to learning about my clients hair and humbly understand that sometimes there are aspects of a haircut that work and don’t work. Please contact me within 2 weeks of your service if you are struggling to meet your hair goals with the cut I have provided. I am more than happy to work with you and help achieve the desired result you are looking for.
