Appointment Retainer
All new guests are required to pay a $150 non-refundable retainer towards their ‘First Time’ service, due immediately upon requesting service. You will receive a retainer invoice via email. If the retainer is not completed within 24 hours, the appointment request will be declined. As a courtesy, if you are unable to make your appointment and are scheduled more than 7 days out, you may reschedule the appointment one time to a future date. If you are unable to make the rescheduled appointment, your retainer will be forfeited and future rescheduling will be declined until the full service price has been paid. If you are cancelling or rescheduling within 7 days of your appointment, your retainer will be forfeited and will need to complete a new retainer for future appointment requests.
Curly Guidelines
To help you prepare for your haircut appointment, please come with your hair 100% dry, fully detangled in a Natural Set (Wash and Go) style, using the products you normally use to style your hair. Please wear your hair down with NO braids, ponytails, buns, headbands, twists, and refrain from using heavy butters & oils as they can alter your natural curl pattern. I would like to see the most accurate representation of how your hair style looks on your best day.
Cancellation/No Show/Late/Policy
I provide each of my guests a unique and personal experience within my salon. When you book an appointment with me, I set aside a certain amount of time in order to provide undivided attention to you. Please be respectful of my time, it is valuable to myself and the guests that follow your appointment.
Confirmation emails are sent out 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, followed up by a text message reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
You may reschedule your existing appointment 1 time. As a courtesy, if your appointment is rescheduled again, you will be asked to pay for 50% of the original service and 100% of the upcoming service via email invoice ahead of the rescheduled service.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you are responsible for paying 100% of the service price of the missed appointment prior to rebooking. You will then be responsible to complete a pre-payment for future services.
If you are late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Adjustments
All haircuts are established and agreed upon based on our consultation. I try and provide full transparency when it comes to learning about my guest’s hair and understand that sometimes there are aspects of a haircut may need adjustments. Please contact me within 2 weeks of your service if you are struggling to meet your hair goals with the cut I have provided. I am more than happy to work with you and help achieve the desired result you are looking for.
